3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full upon placement of an order or initiation of service. We accept major methods as detailed at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Corporate Legal Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 3 business days in advance for a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations within 3 days incur a 50 percent credit toward future services. Services delivered beyond preliminary consultation are considered completed work and are non-refundable, as resources have been allocated. Refund amounts are processed to the original method within 14 business days following confirmation.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products may be returned within 7 days of download if not accessed or if the file remains unused. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unused goods in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Rescheduling

Clients can reschedule booked corporate legal services with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests received later may incur a fee equivalent to 25 percent of the service rate.

6. No-Refund Services

Custom legal opinions, targeted filings, and representations completed on behalf of a client are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of resources and professional time inv.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on enterprilegaln.com with the current year noted as 2025.
